Amtrak calls for MTA to partner on the Penn Station rebuild it once led

Amtrak senior adviser Andy Byford should look familiar to New Yorkers. He earned the nickname "Train Daddy" while he was NYC Transit President. He resigned from the job in 2020 amid a public feud with then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
