Romeo Beckham is fined £440 after he was caught scrolling on his phone at wheel of his Porsche 911 with a loose dog sitting on female passenger's lap

The 23-year-old model was pulled over in Westminster last September after a police officer spotted him with both hands on his phone. It is unclear who the female passenger was.
