Will Mamdani's Rent Guidelines Board back a freeze? Here comes the first test.

Mayor Mamdani announced the launch in April of Organize NYC, an initative to mobilize New Yorkers around his administration's work. The mayor's office said its first target will be Rent Guidelines Board hearings.
