Ex-British ambassador in planning row with 'Freemen of Norwich': Influential group of former mayors, lawyers and businessmen block her plans to develop £1.5m Grade II listed home

Sarah Cowley's plans for a first storey addition to her Grade II listed Georgian house has been turned down by the city council after the influential Freemen of Norwich objected.
