As the search for Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of Savannah Guthrie, enters its fourth day, NBC News has learned of two reports of ransom notes sent to news organizations that reference Nancy Guthrie. NBC News has not seen those notes and so far no law enforcement agency has substantiated them. It comes as FBI agents work closely with local authorities and supporters across the country continue to stand by Savannah. NBC’s Liz Kreutz reports and Tom Winter joins TODAY with analysis.
