Suspected upskirter is arrested at London Beyonce concert as stalkers are also removed from Tottenham Hotspur stadium

The suspected upskirter was arrested during the first of six Cowboy Carter shows performed by Beyoncé at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on June 5. He is currently on police bail as enquiries continue.
